The 2014 Waverly Heritage Days “Saluting Freedom” celebration once again offers the usual favorites such as music, Hall of Fame ceremony, food vendors, parade, balloon artist, facepainting, caricatures, an inflatable, Swim at the Pool, pancake breakfast and airport activities. We are pleased to announce that Tim The Music Man and Vic Ferrari will be playing on Friday, July 18, 2014 and a full day of music entertainment on Saturday, July 19, 2014 with The Beaver Creek Band, tHE eNABLERS. Beau Timmerman and Chasin’ Mason!

Come see Waverly’s oldest house—this year to be nominated for the National Register of Historic Places! Tour the clues of pioneer living with historians and
even ghosts. Learn the stories of the pioneers after whom the new Sturdevant Southwest Historic District will be named. Enjoy air conditioning—not just the
1856 version—and some surprises. We will have available for donations our historic stationery, bookmarks, and other items. Enjoy some nice
refreshments, too. See what’s next for this pretty little treasure of Waverly’s past.
